The Celirox Partner Program allows approved partners to earn recurring commissions by referring merchants to Celirox applications. Currently, Celirox offers one product, SmartFlow Checkout, and these terms apply to this product and any future Celirox applications introduced under the partner program. Participation is subject to approval and ongoing compliance with these terms.
Referrals are tracked manually to maintain accuracy. After a referred merchant installs SmartFlow Checkout, partners should send the store URL and the merchant’s email address to apps.celirox@gmail.com, along with a screenshot confirming the installation. Once verified, we will link the store to your partner account.
Celirox reserves the right to review, approve, or reject referral attribution in cases of ambiguity, duplication, or suspected abuse.
Commissions are calculated based on actual payments received from the referred merchant and remain active as long as the merchant stays on a paid plan.
Payouts are currently processed manually by Celirox and are typically completed within 24 hours of a withdrawal request. At this time, international payouts are supported via PayPal, while partners in India can receive transfers using a UPI ID.
Celirox may delay or withhold payouts in cases of suspected fraud, policy violations, or unresolved disputes.
Celirox reserves the right to suspend or terminate a partner’s participation in the program at any time for violations of these terms, misuse of the program, or behavior that may harm Celirox, its products, or its customers.
Celirox may update or modify these Partner Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued participation in the program after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
